Kirtelo invited beta terms

These terms describe participation in the Kīrtelo invited business beta operated by Kirtelo. Contact hey@kirtelo.com for product, privacy or participation questions. The product privacy notice accompanies these terms.
Joining and representing your business
You must have authority to act for the business and to use the profiles, content and accounts you connect. Your business is responsible for its workspace administrators, invited users, role assignments and instructions. Do not connect a business profile without the owner's authorization.
Protect your account and use the provided sign-in and invitation processes. Do not share Google passwords, access tokens or runner credentials with other users or include them in notes or support messages. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
What the beta provides
The current workspace supports business and team organization, authorized Google Business Profile review workflows, rating reporting and advisory private review analysis where enabled. Availability depends on your invitation, workspace permissions, Google authorization and enabled features. Public demonstrations may show invented data or features that are not available in the connected beta.
The beta can change, contain errors or be interrupted. It is not a guaranteed production service. Text analysis currently runs through a Kirtelo-operated computer when the operator processes queued work; queuing a job does not promise immediate analysis or a daily refresh. We will agree any specific support or availability commitment separately in writing.
The current text-analysis workflow supports English and a limited review sample. Translation, automatic reply generation and a complete archive of all historical reviews are not included. Broader facilities-management coverage remains experimental. A snapshot may be incomplete, old or based on a small sample.
Your decisions and Google actions
Analysis results are model predictions and suggestions, not verified facts or professional advice. They may miss nuance or misclassify sentiment and themes. Assess the sample size, exclusions, model information and original context before acting. Do not use these results alone to make consequential decisions about a person or to claim a named employee's performance has been established.
An authorized administrator controls the connection and any separately enabled workflows. Manual reply permission does not authorize unattended posting. Review the exact content before approving each reply publication, replacement or deletion. Your business is responsible for the content and the decision to publish it. After an uncertain result, check Google's live reply before trying again.
Google controls its own services, permissions, quotas, policies and published content. A Google connection can expire or require reconnection. Kirtelo cannot guarantee continued Google API access, a particular review outcome, search ranking or business result. Kirtelo is an independent service and does not imply endorsement by Google.
Content and permitted use
Your business retains its rights in information it supplies. Review authors and other third parties retain their rights in their content. Connecting a profile does not transfer ownership of its reviews to your business or to Kirtelo.
You authorize Kirtelo to process the information needed to provide the features you request, within the product privacy notice and the permissions you grant. This authorization does not permit training shared AI models on connected review text or using your information for an unrelated purpose.
Use the beta lawfully and in line with applicable Google policies. Do not create fake reviews, mislead customers, publish abusive or unlawful content, bypass access controls or consent, scrape other businesses' information, expose credentials, or use the service to send spam. Do not use private notes to create an unauthorized archive of raw Google reviews or unnecessary sensitive information about individuals.
Data and ending participation
The product privacy notice explains the handling of accounts, temporary Google data, encrypted drafts and aggregate reporting. You can disconnect Google in Connections or revoke access through Google. Disconnection removes the relevant integration workflow; it does not remove replies already published on Google or automatically delete all first-party workspace records. Aggregate reporting that does not contain reconstructible review content or reviewer identities may remain associated with the workspace.
You can stop using the beta and contact hey@kirtelo.com to request closure or deletion. Before closing your workspace, discuss any first-party records your business needs with us. The beta is not a permanent review archive or a substitute for your own business records. Do not rely on temporary drafts remaining available beyond their stated expiry.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, respond to misuse, comply with obligations or stop an unsafe integration. We may also end the beta. Where practicable, we will give notice and explain available next steps; urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.
Fees, feedback and changes
These terms do not enroll you in an automatically renewing paid subscription. Any fee or future paid service requires a separate clear offer and agreement before charging. Beta participation does not promise permanent free access or any particular future price.
You may give feedback voluntarily. We may use product suggestions to improve Kirtelo. This does not authorize publishing your name, business identity, customer data or a testimonial without separate permission.
We will communicate material changes to the beta or these terms. Where a change requires fresh agreement or consent, we will obtain it before applying the relevant change. Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
